Tracey, a Nutritional Therapist, will continue the afternoon with a talk on nutrition and optimum health. She will explain what you really need to know and empower you to make better choices around food that are sustainable and truly work for YOU! We will finish with food tasting and refreshments.

Tracey Darrousez, DipION, mBANT is a Nutritional Therapist. She qualified with the renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London and is a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She is passionate about the role food and lifestyle play in health (a major one!) and supporting clients on their wellness journey. Her clinic is in the 15th arrondissement.
