The useful stuff

Clear rules.
No mystery.

Booking a class should be simple. So should understanding what happens if plans change, how your information is handled and who you are doing business with.

01 · Studio policy

Booking & cancellations

Classes and private sessions are subject to availability and must be booked through Studio 15's booking system or directly with the studio where applicable.

The 24-hour rule

Class reservations must be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

A class cancelled or changed less than 24 hours before its scheduled start time, or a class that is missed without cancellation, will be debited from the relevant class package or booking.

In short

Give us at least 24 hours' notice and your class credit is safe.

If Studio 15 cancels

If Studio 15 cancels a booked class or session, the corresponding class credit will not be lost. Where appropriate, the booking will be restored or an alternative arrangement will be offered.

Schedule changes

Studio 15 may occasionally need to change instructors, class times or the timetable. We will make reasonable efforts to keep schedule information accurate and to communicate material changes where possible.

02 · Conditions of sale

Classes, packages & payments

These conditions apply to classes, private sessions and class packages purchased from Studio 15 Pilates, unless specific written conditions are provided for a particular service or programme.

Prices

Current prices are displayed on the Studio 15 website, booking platform or at the studio. Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

You can view current Studio 15 pricing on the Rates page .

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. Online bookings and purchases may be processed through Studio 15's booking and payment provider.

Package validity

Each class package is valid for the period stated when it is purchased. Clients are responsible for using classes before the package expiry date.

Refunds

Subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.

Teacher training

Teacher training courses and other specialist programmes may be subject to separate enrolment, payment, cancellation and attendance conditions. Where specific written terms are supplied for a programme, those terms take precedence in relation to that programme.

03 · Consumer rights

Right of withdrawal

French consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal for certain contracts concluded at a distance.

Where that statutory right applies, a consumer may generally exercise it within 14 days of the conclusion of a service contract, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law.

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain leisure services that are to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

The application of these rules depends on the service purchased. Nothing in Studio 15's cancellation or refund policy restricts a mandatory statutory right that applies to a particular purchase.

Questions concerning a purchase or statutory withdrawal right can be sent to [email protected] .

04 · At the studio

Participation & safety

Pilates is physical exercise. Clients should take part at a level appropriate to their current ability and circumstances.

Please tell your instructor before class about any injury, pregnancy, recent procedure, physical limitation or other relevant circumstance that may affect your participation.

Where there is uncertainty about whether Pilates is appropriate following an injury, illness, procedure or medical condition, clients should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

Studio 15 instructors may adapt an exercise, recommend a different class format or advise a client not to perform a particular movement where this appears appropriate for safe instruction.

05 · Personal data

Studio 15 Pilates is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
