More than exercises

Learn how to teach the work.

The repertoire matters. So does knowing what you’re looking at and how to communicate it.

01

Understand

Learn the movement, the principles behind it and what the exercise is asking the body to do.

02

Observe

Learn to watch the person in front of you rather than simply following the choreography.

03

Communicate

Build the skills to explain, cue and guide movement clearly.

04

Adapt

Understand precautions, individual differences and when the work needs to change.
